Class Description & Schedule

A variety of classes are available to satisfy all ages and levels of ability. If you are unsure of which class is best suited for you contact the instructor for a personal consultation. All classes are ongoing unless noted.
Please arrive 10-15 minutes early to register and settle in.
All classes will start on time and will last approximately 75 minutes, unless noted.

RESTORATIVE/THERAPEUTIC
Low impact movement therapy designed for those with limited movement or health issues. Combining gentle postures with the use of props, breathing techniques and meditation to guide you on your way to a focused, relaxed state-of-mind. Perfect for those wanting a slow, thorough class to release stress and improve health.
GENTLE YOGA
Concious breathwork combined with a slow and gentle flow of movement rounding out the class with restorative supported postures. This class for any body.
YOGA BASICS
This class will take you through the very basics of yoga! This is the class for all of you out there who need a place to START. A foundation for developing your yoga practice is so crucial in order to continue at a comfortable, safe pace.
YOGA LEVEL I-2
An in-depth introduction to basic postures (asanas). The focus is on controlled breathing techniques, proper yoga alignment and balance. This class is designed for those that have a basic knowledge of the poses.
SUNRISE YOGA
Advanced beginner to intermediate level class demonstrating how to
structure an effective posture sequence to attain greater flexibility, body toning and self confidence.  This class offers the yoga student tools to develop a home practice.
YOGA PILATES MIX
A fusion of Yoga Vinyasa style flow of movement to develop a steady focus and intention and Joseph Pilates cardiovascular matwork focusing on body sculpting and fitness. Core support training is a critical element in strength, stability, and injury prevention.
POWER UP & HOT YOGA
The room will be heated to 90 degrees for these classes. Emphasis will be placed on balance and twisting postures. Sweating cleanses the body by flushing toxins. When the muscles are warm the body is flexible, circulation improves, and helps to get a deeper stretch. Be HYDRATED before class. Power Up offers an intense strength and endurance based workout using the Vinyasa flow movements of Ashtanga Yoga, arm balances and inversions. Leaves you feeling "blissed" out yet energized.  Regular yoga practice recommended or generally fit. Hot Yoga offers a sequence of specific postures appropriate for beginners to advanced students.

Private sessions are for those who wish to deepen their practice or develop an instructional sequencing or meditation practice designed specifically for their needs. Semi-private sessions are also available.
