Class Description & Schedule

A variety of classes are available to satisfy all ages and levels of ability. If you are unsure of which class is best suited for you contact the instructor for a personal consultation. All classes are ongoing unless noted.
Please arrive 10-15 minutes early to register.
All classes will start on time and will last approximately 75 minutes.

RESTORATIVE/THERAPEUTIC
Low impact movement therapy designed for those with limited movement or health issues. Breathing techniques, muscle toning and balance are the primary focal areas. 
YOGA BASICS
This is an entry level class designed to introduce the fundamental asanas (postures) to beginner level students or to serve as a review to more experienced students. Expect to develop a greater sense of self awareness, improved posture and breathing, as well as relaxation techniques.
YOGA LEVEL I-2
An in-depth introduction to basic postures (asanas). The focus is on controlled breathing techniques, proper yoga alignment and balance. This class is designed for those that have a basic knowledge of the poses.
SUNRISE YOGA
Advanced beginner to intermediate level class demonstrating how to
structure an effective posture sequence to attain greater flexibility, body toning and self confidence.  This class offers the yoga student tools to develop a home practice.
PILATES
Joseph Pilates cardiovascular matwork focusing on body sculpting and fitness. By balancing the breath with muscle activity the abdominals are toned and the spine is strengthened.
YOGA-LATES
A fusion of Yoga flow postures and Joseph Pilates matwork.

Private sessions are for those who wish to deepen their practice or develop an instructional sequencing or meditation practice designed specifically for their needs. Semi-private sessions are also available.
