Om Yoga & Pilates Studio offers quality instruction in a welcoming environment while nurturing the mind, body and spirit. The Studio joyfully opened its doors on September 8, 2008.

YOGA is:

PILATES MATWORK is: 

  • A physical fitness system developed by Joseph Pilates
  • A sequence of exercises focusing on core support training designed to strengthen the abdominals and stabilize the spine
